- We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products
- Prices always refer to a single unit or set and included all taxes.
- Price excludes shipping or assembly service.
- Specifically, on upholstery items, the price includes the standard fabric according the grade specified, In case a different fabric, price will be provided according your requirement and client must contact the sales representative for pricing.
- Standard packaging is included in the price. Should the client require specific packaging, it will be charged accordingly.
- All transportation expenses must be paid by the buyer.
- Client has to provide valid details such as: Billing name, Billing address
- Proformas Invoices will require a 70% deposit to start the production of orders and the payment of the final balance prior shipping. We reserve the right to negotiate a deposit higher than 75% for large value orders.
- Customized/bespoke proforma will require 100% of the payment. Proforma Invoices must be signed or confirmation message reply.

- All products are property of Adil-Corporation until full payment is received.
- Adil-Corporation reserve the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.
PRODUCT AND STORAGE
All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used. Adil-Corporation retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received for such products. Adil-Corporation works closely with our customers in an effort to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and photos are exact. However, there are at times minor discrepancies based on screen resolution, and other possible factors. Any questions or hesitations based on color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order. Adil-Corporation will not be responsible for minor discrepancies from what was advertised. All product information is provided by us. All measurements on the website and within the catalogues are approximate.
Upon completion, an additional storage fee of Rs. 500 per week will be charged, if the invoice balance is not fully paid and shipping arrangements have not been made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Production time from Adil-Corporation is 4 to 8 weeks. Sales representative will inform the correct lead time, depending on the orders. For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities Adil-Corporation reserves the right to agree with the client on a different lead time.
All transportation expenses must be paid by the buyer. Your product will be delivered to your doorstep within 15 to 30 business days from the date of your purchase. It’s a smooth and convenient delivery process. Delivery times can vary based on what you order and where it is being delivered to. Self-Delivery: The majority of furniture offered for sale on [ai] store falls into this category. Our team will schedule your delivery with you in advance. The team will deliver your furniture inside your home, unpack it, assemble it in your room of choice, and remove all excess packaging materials.
Courier Delivery: Some items are small for delivery. This generally applies to smaller items, such as artwork, stands, lamp etc. will ship via a 3rd party carrier service. These type of orders will be delivered and brought to your place.
Once an order is processed, we will call and give you an approximate delivery time frame. We will continue to update you on the order as it progresses. Delivery time frames are an estimate actual delivery may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide furniture delivery, and unforeseen events.
International shipping is available, We will contact you with the international shipping options before we process the order. We will not charge your until you approve the whole order including shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
To cancel an order, Please send us a cancellation request via email or by calling, Requests for cancellation are not complete until they are confirmed by Adil-Corporation . Orders may be canceled for any reason within 1 business day without incurring any restocking fees or delivery costs. Adil-Corporation makes every effort to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible unless a customer requests an order to be held for a period of time.
All online purchase returns will be accepted basis approvals from the Adil-Corporation as ready product and the refund time may take from 5-10 days depending upon the management approval.
All of our products are Made to Order, Hence Adil-Corporation will not accept any returns. Unless the delivered product has a manufacturing defect, in which case [ai] will bear full responsibility and Repair the product OR Replace the product depending on the depth of the defect. An agent from Adil-Corporation will be sent to assess the manufacturing defect and advice you accordingly. Shipment charges for returns will be managed by buyer.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled because as soon as an order is confirmed, it is handed over to the courier.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation details sent to them, and notify Adil-Corporation within 24-hours if you did not receive the order confirmation email, and contacting us regarding any errors or inaccuracies so that Adil-Corporation may revise the order details to reflect the correct information.
Before ordering, always measure the space you plan on placing your new furniture in to make sure that it will fit. If a purchased item cannot fit into the home or room and need to be returned, the order will be subject to Adil-Corporation cancellation policy.
